Auto NIBP Sound Effects continue after end of scenario

In the specific case that the instructor terminates the session, the Auto NIBP sound effect continues after the monitor screen is exited.

As a workaround until the issue is fixed, exit the session on the student monitor side using the ‘exit’ icon, (instead of using ‘End Session’ on the instructor side) and the issue will not occur.
