Ability to add frequent or infrequent PVCs
Add the ability to have a rhythm and add frequent or infrequent PVCs (unifocal or multifocal PVCs) into the tracing and have this reflect in a corresponding 12 LEAD tracing. Useful for irritable myocardiums.

Hamilton T1 - Improvement Suggestion
Cannot change SIMV, volume controlled, I:E ratio, pressure alarm. Additionally main green dial in bottom right corner is too sensitive and very challenging to set TV to 500.

-Add a flow/pressure curve (very common on resuscitation and anesthesia ventilators) -Add anaesthetic gases (in France : Sevoflurane and Suprane) : measurement in percentage or MAC (MAC more complicated because the machine needs to calculate several factors) but a wheel with a percentage inside would be good enought (Sevoflurane or Suprane option, the learner can choose one or the other or both). -Fresh gas measurement : 02 gauge in L/minute

ECG: Ability to add other arrythmias
It would also have been good to add other arrhythmias, such as R-on T-VES when you have selected Long QT on the monitoring. Perhaps it is possible to create subgroups under these rhythms in some way belonging to the preselected state that can occur? For example, you can choose, LONG QTC with R-on T ves? AV block III with asystole episodes etc? Is this feasible for the technicians?

Ability to change monitor skins as part of a scenario sequence
Example: The first step displays a generic patient monitor, and the participants connect the vital signs. The patient goes into cardiac arrest, the participants apply the Zoll electrodes, the instructor activates the second step, and the monitor automatically changes from the generic monitor to the Zoll monitor. After CPR is completed and the patient is stabilized, the instructor activates step three, and the monitor switches back to generic mode to display the patient's vital signs.
