Ability to add frequent or infrequent PVCs
Add the ability to have a rhythm and add frequent or infrequent PVCs (unifocal or multifocal PVCs) into the tracing and have this reflect in a corresponding 12 LEAD tracing. Useful for irritable myocardiums.
ECG Designer
Ability for advanced users to create/update ECG waveforms to create a customised waveform for specific conditions.
Auscultation scenarios
Ability to listen to a wide range of Heart, Lung, Bowel and Percussion sounds within Trumonitor or using a specialised stethoscope. To also create scenarios around each sound.
Show custom parameters available on all monitor skins
Currently, custom parameters are only available on the Generic skin, this update would make it possible to use them on all skins.

Ability to pre-select cardioversion requirements before pressing 'Update'
As an instructor, I want to set the cardioversion requirements (number of shocks, energy) before pressing update to activate the next waveform.
Windows/Desktop App to create scenarios in advance and sync to TruMonitor cloud.
This would allow me to develop scenarios in advance on a computer, then use those scenarios within TruMonitor.

Cannot change SIMV, volume controlled, I:E ratio, pressure alarm. Additionally main green dial in bottom right corner is too sensitive and very challenging to set TV to 500.

ECG: Ability to add other arrythmias
It would also have been good to add other arrhythmias, such as R-on T-VES when you have selected Long QT on the monitoring. Perhaps it is possible to create subgroups under these rhythms in some way belonging to the preselected state that can occur? For example, you can choose, LONG QTC with R-on T ves? AV block III with asystole episodes etc? Is this feasible for the technicians?

ECG: Ability to enter short VT Periods
It would also have been good to be able to enter short VT and enter the number of beats and select the ventricular rate for this arrhythmia. Sometimes patients get small VT episodes, and not persistent VT right away. There is VES in bigemini and trigemini, but this arrhythmia function is missing.
Add PAP monitor
Add a pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) monitor with a pulmonary artery pressure waveform.
Ability to change monitor skins as part of a scenario sequence
Example: The first step displays a generic patient monitor, and the participants connect the vital signs. The patient goes into cardiac arrest, the participants apply the Zoll electrodes, the instructor activates the second step, and the monitor automatically changes from the generic monitor to the Zoll monitor. After CPR is completed and the patient is stabilized, the instructor activates step three, and the monitor switches back to generic mode to display the patient's vital signs.
TruVent : improvement
-Add a flow/pressure curve (very common on resuscitation and anesthesia ventilators) -Add anaesthetic gases (in France : Sevoflurane and Suprane) : measurement in percentage or MAC (MAC more complicated because the machine needs to calculate several factors) but a wheel with a percentage inside would be good enought (Sevoflurane or Suprane option, the learner can choose one or the other or both). -Fresh gas measurement : 02 gauge in L/minute

Defibrillation - Cardiversion settings should include a heart rate value.
As an instructor, following cardiversion, I want the heart rate value to automatically convert to a value in a normal range for the target rhythm. This should be editable in advance so the post shock heart rate is changeable if I have different requirements.
