Ability to change monitor skins as part of a scenario sequence

Example:

1. The first step displays a generic patient monitor, and the participants connect the vital signs.

2. The patient goes into cardiac arrest, the participants apply the Zoll electrodes, the instructor activates the second step, and the monitor automatically changes from the generic monitor to the Zoll monitor.

3. After CPR is completed and the patient is stabilized, the instructor activates step three, and the monitor switches back to generic mode to display the patient's vital signs.
