Zoll X series skin new CPR feedback timer bug.

The recent update was a great and much needed feature. Thanks. However we have detected a few bugs as shown in this video.

1. The CPR idle screen does not appear the first time compressions are paused after CPR is initiated and the screen has been made visible on the instructor tablet.

2. The second time compressions are paused the CPR idle screen does appear as on the real Zoll X series.

3. In both scenarios the timer resets. As consequence the timer will reset every 30 compressions when compressions are briefly paused for ventilations.
