Add support for activating different patient age ranges, changing physiological ranges

Issue: There is a selection option for Adult, Pediatric, and Neonate when setting the patient's parameters, but this selection does not actually change the underlying physiological ranges or monitor settings accordingly.

Request: Ensure that selecting the patient profile (Adult/Pediatric/Neonate) correctly implements the appropriate default physiological parameters and monitor display settings.
