Allow simulation of NIBP cuff not in place

Currently students can press NIBD on their monitor without actually putting on a BP cuff. An option to “show” the NIBD after it’s been applied, like the SpO2, would sort this out. For example: BP “do not show” - if students press the button, a wrong number or error appears, 1st click on “show” BP - students get the NIBD value, 2nd click on “show” BP - IBP curve and values.
